The old Instagram Bios can be seen by going to your profile page and scrolling down to the bottom of your profile.

To delete old Instagram bios, you have to go into your settings. You can find this by tapping on the profile icon in the top left corner, then tapping “settings”. The best way to see your bio-history is by going to the “My Account” section of the app. From there, you can see the last time you used it and when you were last active. If you want to see more than just the last two months, then go to “My History” and select how far back in time you want to go.
The bio disappeared because it was not received well by the Quora community. The answer probably contained too many words and not enough substance.

If you want to see your old Instagram names, you can go to the “Settings” page on Instagram. From there, click on “Account” at the top of the page and then select “Name.” You will see a list of all your old Instagram names that you have used in the past.
The first step is to go to your profile settings. You can change the name of your bio, the photo on your bio, and the account type.
