How to find a zoom account number ?
First look in on their web portal . Next , sign in your account through your email address . After signing off , click on personal from the menu on the left and the sub category will be visible to/from that click on profile information . After that your zoom account number will be visible to/from your name. Once you are able to retrieve your account number then you can complete your zoom application easily and start your meeting .
If you have zoom account, following methods is required to be fulfilled to start the meeting:
Firstly, open zoom app on your computer, then click on join meeting, Suddenly a screen will appear that will ask you to enter meeting ID or join with personal link name and also a person can change their name by entering a name in the name column from that screen only, also option is available on that screen whether you want to connect with the audio or show your video then you need to click on join from that screen to join the meeting.
Accessing the account profile:
1)Sign in to the web portal i.e. zoom.us
2)In the Navigate panel, click “account Management“ then Account profile following section will be opened on your user type:
a) If owner account is basic that is free basic information will appear such as:
Account type: This plan is connected with the account we can upgrade it to pay
Your role: For basic free accounts your role is owner by default and cannot be changed.
Meeting capacity: This plan is associated with the meeting capacity for your free account. You can change capacity by upgrading it to pro
Terminate my account: You can also permanently delete your account by clicking on Terminate my account directly
b)If owner account profile is pro that is paid then basic information will appear such as
Account type: This plan is associated with the account. It’s a list of business, enterprise, or API partners.
Account name: it is visible to other members to change your account name Tap on edit to change it.
Account alias: click edit to change the alias.
Your role: As a current account holder you can change the owner by clicking on change owner.
Account number: Your account number can be given to zoom support for help as it will help to easily find your account.
Meeting capacity: This helps to hold the meeting capacity. Which is given to assigned paid users under your account. To change this, you have to assign a large meeting licence.
To access your zoom account via iPhone, Android, iPad process is same:
1)Install the zoom application from the play store or App store after installing open zoom app
2)Tap to sign in
3)Enter email address which you liked to use for this account followed by your first and last name
4)Tick box next to agree with terms and condition
5)Tap sign up visible to the top right corner.
6)A pop-up will come informing you that a confirmation email has been sent to your respective email address you choose. Tap OK to close pop-up and open your respective email to check your inbox
7)Tap to open a message in your inbox. Scroll and Tap the “ Activate Account” option and it will open the browser.
- Begin with the first step of confirming your account information and choosing a password. If your password does not meet your zoom requirements instructions will appear.
b) Second step is it will promote you to invite members to a meeting now. Simply, opt to skip to use in future purpose.
c)Third step is to encourage you to start a meeting now. Again, you can skip your account by tapping “ Go to my account”
d)Enter the email address and password you just chose.
e)Check the “ stay signed in” option and then tap the blue “ sign in” button to log in on your browser. Once these step are over you can go back to the app you downloaded
f)Tap sign in this time instead of sign up.
