Your Fire Stick will automatically go into power-saving mode after 20 minutes of inactivity—that’s not always a bad thing. but you might want to disable it for certain apps (like Netflix) so that your screen doesn’t dim and you lose your place. To do so, go into Settings > Display & Sounds and slide Sleepover so that it turns green. You can also adjust how long it takes before your device powers down completely by adjusting the Sleep Timer under Power Saving Mode.
